Felt like doing something sweet, but still healthy.... So, I came up with this chocolate mouse! Super simple to do, low in Net-Carbs and must for all chocolate lovers.
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 cup 100 % Cacao Powder (sugar free) or 85% chocolate or higher melted
4 cups unsweetened Almond Milk
8 g Agar Agar
3 tbsp Keto sugar of your preference (I did it without as I used 85% chocolate)
½ tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Cinnamon
How to do it
Use a food processor or blender and puree the avocado until smooth. Add the cacao powder/chocolate and almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon and blend until smooth. You can use more almond milk if you like to make more portion but keep the ratio of Agar Agar & Almond milk otherwise it will not nicely sit in.
Spoon the mousse into individual glasses and refrigerate until ready to eat.
