Eating Schedule - Phase I

As I am a rather lazy person, I like to keep things simple, hence find below my diet schedule for Phase I including Fasting until lunch. As said earlier, if you cannot make it with fasting, then you change one snack to breakfast. Please note that even I repeat some ingredients, I go for a maximum of the following per day:

  • 6 pieces of 99% Chocolate

  • 100 g Cheese

  • 60 g Bacon

  • 4 Eggs on days I make an omelette it can be more, but that is an exception

  • 60 g Seeds

 

So here my scheduled in details:

  • 12:00 am Mixed Salad variations

    • Any Salad representing 5 g Carbs 

    • Salde Sauce

    • 30 g Seeds (not Nuts)

    • 150 g lean protein or 2 Eggs, 30 g Bacon max or 50 g Cheese

 

  • 02:30 pm little snack which can be:

    • 30 g Seeds (not Nuts)

    • 2 Eggs with Mayo or Deviled Eggs

    • 6 piece of 99% dark Chocolate

    • 100 g lean protein

    • 50 g Cheese 

 

  • 05:30 pm little snack (only if  needed or used as breakfast):

    • 30 g Seeds (not Nuts)

    • 2 Eggs with Mayo or Deviled Eggs (but only once a day)

    • 6 piece of 99% dark Chocolate (only once a day)

    • 100 g lean protein

    • 50 g Cheese 

 

  • 07:30 pm Dinner

    • Any Veggies representing 5g Carbs

    • 180 g lean protein or 

    • 2 Eggs, 30 g Bacon max or 50 g Cheese

 

To keep my fat level high, I have home made High Fat Salad Sauces which I use also to other hot meals to keep my Macros in the right place!
